I went on the one day Emergency First Aid course yesterday hosted by Ruth @ Skills Training Group at Derby. I was very impressed with the way we were taught, the practical part and all the information that was given in clear and informed way. We had little tests along they way to make sure we had fully understood before moving onto the next part. It was a full day and there was plenty of free parking onsite and drinks made available. I would highly recommend this course.Thank you!
A really enjoyable, non-judgemental day. Learning was at our own pace. The morning was practical; the afternoon more theory - could've done with more practical to keep us awake after lunch! The course leader was friendly and funny - just the right balance. I learned so much and found the day really useful for my job. I would have no hesitation booking with STG again or recommending them to others.
I’ve done a few FIRST AID COURSES over the years . This one was by far the best ! The trainer was friendly she made you feel she loved her job and it mattered to her that you understood and did things correctly. She had the training video on but ad-libbed to give you extra information and ideas / tips . I thoroughly enjoyed it . Infact although they don’t need to do it I suggested my daughter and granddaughter did the course as well , but to have the same trainer !
